About Our Services

Concorde Support provides supported accommodation and tailored support services for young people who require guidance, encouragement, and practical assistance as they transition into adulthood and independent living.

Our approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and focused on helping young people develop the practical and emotional skills they need to thrive.

Support Workers

Day Shifts / Flexible Hours

Support Workers play a vital role in helping young people develop independence, confidence, and essential life skills.

Responsibilities may include:

Night Support Workers

Overnight Shifts

Night Support Workers help ensure the safety and wellbeing of young people during overnight hours.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting welfare and safety checks
  • Monitoring the accommodation environment
  • Recording observations and incidents
  • Responding to emergencies when required
  • Providing reassurance and support during the night
  • Completing detailed handovers for day staff
